Who provides Pitstop
Pitstop is provided by Robert Bielecki, a private individual in Poland (“we”). Contact: hello@mypitstop.app. These terms cover the Pitstop apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the web app at mypitstop.app and your Pitstop account.
Using Pitstop
- Pitstop is a personal tool for keeping records of your vehicles: fuel and charging, service, reminders, photos and receipts.
- You can use the apps without an account. An account is needed for sync, sharing and the web app.
- You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Do not use Pitstop for anything unlawful, do not try to break or overload the service, and do not access other people’s data.
- If you share a garage with someone, the people you invite can see and, depending on their role, change what is in it. You choose who to invite.
Free and Premium
Pitstop has a free plan and a paid plan, Premium. What each includes is shown in the app and on the web app’s Subscription page. During the beta, every account has Premium and testers keep it. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, with VAT included. Paid plans are bought and renewed through the App Store or Google Play (or another payment method we announce), and their cancellation and refund rules are those of that store.
If a Premium subscription ends, we do not delete your data. You can still read and export everything. What you can add and sync is then limited to the free plan.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy. You can export it and delete your account at any time inside the app.
Reminders and calculations
Pitstop shows figures such as consumption, costs and service due dates that it calculates from what you enter. They are only as good as the entries. Reminders and notifications can fail to arrive (for example when the phone is switched off or notifications are blocked), so do not rely on Pitstop alone for safety-relevant maintenance, legal deadlines (inspection, insurance) or anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Pitstop running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features. If we make a change that matters to paying customers, we will tell you in the app first.
Liability
Pitstop is provided “as is”. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or liability that cannot be excluded by law. Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data that you could have avoided by exporting a backup.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Pitstop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or harms the service.
Law and changes to these terms
Polish law applies, without removing the consumer protections of the country where you live. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for larger changes, tell you in the app.
